I am so fucking angry all of the time

I am completely consumed by anger I can’t feel anything else I don’t want to be this way I have to keep my eyes shut or I become so dizzy and I can’t move I have to be as small as I can possibly be I have to pull my knees against my chest and I have to hold on so very tightly so as to not lose myself entirely. I have to keep the frustration inside and I have to breathe and I have to let the episode pass but I know it will always be there waiting to escape waiting to ruin me over and over again

I miss crimson I miss crimson more than I have ever missed anything in this world even just one more time I just want to feel better I don’t want to feel this way it’s so easy I don’t want to be strong I want to be weak and I want to bleed and I want to not feel worthless anymore
