I do feel so angry but it is not unsettling because it makes me feel real. It is not to such an extent where I am unable to function, it is a manageable anger, something I have never before encountered. I think I am experiencing emotions in a normal way for the first time since I can remember. And as angry as I am, I am glad that I can feel it this way. There is light in darkness
